Lee Sharpe, a former Manchester United star, has suggested that Harry Maguire should consider a move to West Ham United during the upcoming January transfer window. Sharpe believes that Maguire would thrive under the management of David Moyes at West Ham. He expressed his opinion in a recent interview with Express Sport, emphasizing the potential benefits of Maguire joining the Hammers.
“I don’t know Harry Maguire, I don’t know what the manager talked to him about, I don’t know if he’s sort of thinking behind what is going on. But I look at a West Ham move on the surface and think what a great move it would be,” Sharpe said.
Sharpe also highlighted West Ham’s recent improvements, stating, “They have come back again and looked decent this year. They’ll always have a decent team.” He further praised David Moyes as a “really good manager,” suggesting that Maguire would thrive under his guidance at West Ham.
