BIOGRAPHY
American film and television actor Jeremy White was a dancer, specifically ballet, jazz, and tap during elementary school. When he was 13, White entered a new dance program at his high school, but changed his mind and decided to pursue acting. From the age of 15, he landed several television appearances, but his career definitely took off when, just after finishing high school, he got the job to play the role of Phillip “Lip” Gallagher in the acclaimed series Shameless (2011 ) . -2021). He also appeared in several films, including Beautiful Ohio (2006), The Speed of Life (2007), Afterschool (2008), Twelve (2010), and After Everything (2018). In 2022 he stars in the new series The Bear , playing the role of Carmen ‘Carmy’ Berzatto, a young chef from the world of haute cuisine who returns to Chicago to run his family’s sandwich shop.
