A man has been charged with rape, among other charges, after two women he worked with at a Brisbane sports venue more than five years ago came forward to police.
Detectives who were investigating the alleged sexual assaults raided an address in Ascot and arrested the man on Tuesday.
Police will allege the man sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman on April 5, 2015, and a 26-year-old woman on December 17, 2016.
The man worked with the women at the time at a licensed sports venue in Ascot.
The 51-year-old was charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of rape.
