Rick Yutaka Fowler was born on December 13, 1988. Born in Murrieta, California, the boy was raised by his parents Rod, who owned a trucking company, and his mother Lynn. Along with his sister Taylor, he grew up in a relatively well-to-do family who loved to play bike rides.
