When a semitrailer overturned and spilled its “love loads”, a highway in Oklahoma became littered with sex toys and lubricants. Footage from the scene shows an overturned truck with hundreds of boxes of metal cans and pink-labeled items scattered across the road on the western end of Oklahoma City. Despite the unusual nature of the incident, no injuries were reported, but the lubricated road needed hours to be cleaned up.
The bizarre accident piqued the interest of KWTB News 9 pilot Jim Gardner, who investigated the scene. According to the New York Post, the incident caused traffic congestion on Interstate 40 near Mustang, on the western outskirts of Oklahoma City.
During his report, Gardner pointed out the overturned truck and the spilled load, expressing the significant cleanup effort required. The anchor observing the cleanup crew inquired about the contents of the spilled cargo.
Gardner hesitated before responding, indicating the difficulty in identifying the various items strewn across the road. He emphasized the extensive cleanup effort required to clear the debris.
