Records say the American actor and businessman was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma but raised in Grand Prairie, Texas. Billy Miller is said to have spent 5 years as a patient at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. He now supports the hospital that treated him as a child.
When it was time for high school, he enrolled in Mirabeau B. Lamar High School in Arlington, Texas. Later, Billy attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a degree in communications.
