Phyno, the Nigerian singer professionally known as Chibuzo Nelson Azubuike, has generated excitement online with his recent acquisition.
The singer has invested billions of naira in purchasing 20 units of detached Terrace buildings.
Real Estate Mogul Ned Okonkwo announced the news on his official Instagram page and congratulated Phyno on his new property.
Okonkwo expressed his gratitude to the hitmaker for finalizing the deal and emphasized that it’s Landlord season.
It is estimated that the new property is worth N1.4 billion.
