The arrest of ‘Jackass’ star Bam Margera for public intoxication has made headlines. Margera was apprehended for causing a disturbance at a Thai food restaurant where his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, and their 5-year-old son, Phoenix, were dining.
An altercation with a woman led to the police being summoned to the scene. Upon their arrival, they found Margera engaged in a heated argument, which ultimately resulted in his arrest for misdemeanor public intoxication.
A video taken by comedian Evan Breen, who was present at the restaurant, captured Margera’s visibly upset demeanor as he moved in and out of the establishment. The footage also showed him engaging in a heated discussion with a police officer after being escorted out of the premises.
The presence of Boyd and Phoenix at the restaurant raised questions about whether Boyd was the woman involved in the altercation. This incident follows closely on the heels of Boyd filing for legal separation, seeking custody of Phoenix as well as spousal support.
