BIOGRAPHY
Maca Carriedo graduated from university with a major in Communications at the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara. She began her career in the media as a presenter on Telefórmula, then she went to EXA, Ibero 90.9, and before entering television at Televisa she participated in “La Taquilla con René Franco” and in Diario 24 Horas. Maca was on the show program Intrusos as a host, before reaching a larger Mexican audience thanks to her arrival on the morning program Hoy , where she added subjective opinions with a unique style, as well as her comments and points of view. . She then hosted a new section within the morning called “El Macanazo”, where she was in charge of presenting funny or surprising Internet videos to the audience. Known for her sarcastic and dark humor comments, Maca is also known for hosting the fifth season of the YouTube show La Más Draga
