Singer Adele's $220M Fortune Protected by Prenup Ahead of Secret Wedding

Before their ‘secret’ wedding, American singer Adele reportedly had her new husband Rich Paul sign a prenuptial agreement to protect her $220 million fortune.

According to an insider’s revelation to the gossip blog Deux Moi in November, the singer, 35, publicly confirmed her recent wedding to Paul, 41, during a comedy show in LA.

After months of referring to the sports agent as her ‘husband,’ the news came into the spotlight.

RadarOnline alleges that Adele’s friends urged her to secure the prenup in order to safeguard her assets.

Adele’s fortune, as estimated by Celebrity Net Worth, comprises her earnings from her Las Vegas residency, sales of her four albums ($31 million), and an additional $34 million in digital sales.

Her Las Vegas residency is projected to generate $2 million per show in gross revenue. If Adele receives half of that amount, the total equates to $13 million, surpassing the earnings of any artist in Vegas history per show.

Besides, the singer possesses various properties, including an $11 million estate in West Sussex, England, and a $10.5 million property in Beverly Hills.

She also owns a second home in the 90210, purchased in 2016 for $9.5 million, along with two townhouses in London valued at $14 million.

In December 2021, Adele acquired Sylvester Stallone’s mansion in the gated community of Beverly Park in Los Angeles for $58 million and initiated significant renovations, as per TMZ.
