Lexi Walker was born on March 31, 2001 in Walnut Creek, California as one of 6 children to her parents. Her family loves music and that explains why she started singing as a child and was encouraged to do so. When she was 11, she signed up for voice lessons with Tricia Swanson and had her grandmother who taught music at a local school for over 30 years as her inspiration.
Her talent could only take her place came quite early in 2014 when she teamed up with Alex Boyé in his Africanized version of the song “Let It Go”. Lexi performed the role of Princess Elsa in the song which without hesitation went viral on the internet with millions of views on various social media platforms shared on YouTube. Her newfound fame began to have her guests appear on television programs and even live musical performances.
Notably, Lexi Walker has made appearances on The Latifah Queen Show, America’s Got Talent, Beijing TV, and many others. She also performed in Japan by invitation to a music competition and in 2015, Portrait Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment, signed her to their label.
Lexi hasn’t been an island chasing her music career either, she’s collaborated with artists like Jenny Oaks Baker, David Archuleta, Kristin Chenoweth, Lindsey Stirling and The Piano Guys.
